20-25 oz. package, frozen cheese ravioli
8 oz. tub chives and onion cream cheese
1 ½ cups milk
2 Tb. parmesan cheese
½ tsp. salt
1 clove garlic or equivalent garlic powder
1 tsp. dill weed
zest of 1 lemon
3 cups baby spinach leaves
Cook ravioli according to package directions
In a heavy saucepan heat cream cheese and milk
on medium heat until cream cheese melts. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
Drain ravioli.
In a serving bowl stir together ravioli sauce.
Serve immediately with extra parmesan cheese on
the side.
Add a salad and some bread and dinner's ready!
